Aidan studied Estate Agency & Auctioneering in Dun Laoghaire Senior College. He received his Certificate in 1995 and his I.P.A.V. Diploma in 1997. He also completed the I.P.A.V. Certificate in Fine and Decorative Arts and also holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance. Initially Aidan worked with Ross McParland in Bray for six months, and then returned home to work in the Sherry FitzGerald Castlepollard/Mullingar offices. In 2000 Aidan became a Director and Auctioneering Manager in Sherry FitzGerald Davitt & Davitt; overseeing 14 staff members. Aidan is hugely involved in his local community, and was elected Town & County Councillor in 2009 re-elected in 2014 and Elected to Seanad Eireann in 2015 and re-elected in 2020.
Sales Manager & Branch Manager (Mullingar)
Gary has been with the company since 2000 and has been the Lead agent for the sale of new developments numerous times and is currently leading many of our current new developments as well as our second hand Residential sales. A keen sportsman he is currently involved in the Mullingar Shamrocks Football Club. Holder of a Diploma in Estate Agency & Auctioneering and a Diploma in Business Management. Also holds Certs in Computer Studies, Health & Fitness, Nutrition Studies and Circuit Training. Gary is a recipient of the Sherry FitzGerald WOW award, for 2014 for the Sherry FitzGerald Franchise countrywide for both ability to sell property and customer satisfaction.
Valuations/Commercial Sales and Lettings
Alan studied Estate Agency and Auctioneering at Athlone Institute of Technology. He went on to receive a Diploma and Membership to the Institute of Professional Auctioneers (IPAV). Alan has been a part of the Sherry FitzGerald Davitt & Davitt team since 2004 as a Residential and Commercial Valuer in the valuations department. He also deals with commercial and residential sales & lettings. As a native of Mullingar, Alan has an extensive local knowledge of Westmeath & surrounding areas.
Advertising, I.T., Compliance and Administration.
Liam has been with the company since 2006 and is employed by the company in the capacity of advertising but is also responsible for the maintenance of the websites, I.T. liaison for both offices and in-house advertising design and social media management. Literate in the use of computers, programs and computer hardware.
Jennifer is responsible for the reception desk and dealing with customer calls and walk ins. Friendly and professional Jennifer ensures that all customers are dealt with in a timely fashion and ensures all queries are dealt with.
Sales Manager & Branch Manager (Castlepollard)
Jennifer has been a part of the Sherry FitzGerald Davitt & Davitt team since 2008. Friendly while also being professional in all customer dealings, she is highly experienced with over 22 years in the property market. Jennifer has taken over the Sales for our Castlepollard office since 2013, which is now greatly benefiting from her vast experience in the handling of sales.
Elaine has been working with the company in the customer accounts function for the past number of years.
